This Privacy Policy is for the ScreenPay app from My Ad Network, Inc. The ScreenPay App (“ScreenPay”) and the website http://www.screenpay.com (the “Site”) are owned and operated by My Ad Network, Inc.(“MAN”) and is incorporated into, forms a part of, and is in all respects subject to, the Terms and Conditions of Use accessible at http://www.ScreenPay.com/terms. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, share, and protect certain information related to ScreenPay and the Site, and our users’ interactions with ScreenPay and/or the Site.

By registering a ScreenPay user account or downloading, installing, accessing, or using ScreenPay and/or the Site you confirm your acceptance of, and agree to be bound by, this Privacy Policy by way of our Terms and Conditions of Use. By accepting this Privacy Policy, you expressly consent to our use of your personal information and its disclosure in accordance with this Privacy Policy. If you are not in agreement with this Privacy Policy, please do not download or install ScreenPay, delete or uninstall any copy ScreenPay from your mobile hardware, and do not access or use ScreenPay and/or the Site.

Protecting Users’ Privacy.

MAN is committed to protecting the security of your personal information. ScreenPay is supported by its advertising partners, and the information that we receive about you is important to our business, to the operation of ScreenPay and the Site, to our relationship with our advertising partners, and to our ability to provide payment to users through ScreenPay. We do not sell your information without your consent, and will only share your information in conformance with this Privacy Policy.

How We Use the Information Users Provide

We use information collected as described in this Privacy Policy to:

  • Operate, maintain and improve ScreenPay and our services;

  • Provide you with personalized ads, content and offers for products and services from us and our partners;

  • Evaluate your eligibility for offers, products or services that may be of interest to you;

  • Customer Service;

  • Perform analytics and conduct customer research;

  • Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you about ScreenPay and our partners;

  • Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, service bulletins, marketing messages, and requested information;

  • Administer payments, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities;

  • Manage our everyday business needs, such as administration of the Site, forum management, fulfillment, analytics, fraud prevention, and enforcement of our corporate reporting obligations and Terms of Use, or to comply with the law;

  • Enhance other information we have about you directly or from other sources to help us better understand you and determine your interests.

Changes to Privacy Policy

From time to time, this Privacy Policy is subject to revision. If and when we make any material changes in the way we use your Personal Information, we will notify you by sending you an e-mail to the last e-mail address you provided to us and/or prominently posting notice of the changes on our Services at ScreenPay.com. Any changes to this Privacy Policy will be effective upon the earlier of thirty (30) calendar days following our dispatch of an e-mail notice to you or thirty (30) calendar days following our posting of notice of the changes on our Site. These changes will be effective immediately for new users of our Service. Please note that at all times you are responsible for updating your Personal Information to provide us with your most current e-mail address. In the event that the last e-mail address that you have provided us is not valid, or for any reason is not capable of delivering to you the notice described above, our dispatch of the e-mail containing such notice will nonetheless constitute effective notice of the changes described in the notice. In any event, changes to this Privacy Policy may affect our use of Personal Information that you provided us prior to our notification to you of the changes. If you do not wish to permit changes in our use of your Personal Information, you must notify us prior to the effective date of the changes that you wish to deactivate your ScreenPay account with us. Continued use of the ScreenPay app, following notice of such changes shall indicate your acknowledgement of such changes and agreement to be bound by the terms and conditions of such changes.

How We Receive Information

You provide us with your Personal Information when you register, create an account, manage your account, interact with ads or content, or otherwise when you provide us with your Personal Information during your interaction with the Site. We also collect Personal Information when you contact us online for customer service and other support using self-help tools, such as email, text, or by posting to an Online Community.

We also receive Personal Information and other online and offline information from other sources. MAN will use such information in accordance with applicable laws. Such information, when combined with Personal Information collected as provided in this Privacy Policy, will also be handled in accordance with this Privacy Statement. We may also use cookies, tags, web beacons, local shared objects, files, tools and programs to keep records, store your preferences, improve our advertising, and collect Non-Identifying Information, including Device Data and your interaction with the Site and our advertising partners’ web sites.

We may use Pixel Tags and Web Beacons to generate a notice of that action to us, or our advertisers. These tools allow us to measure response to our communications and improve the ScreenPay app and the advertisements and promotions.

Device Data may be collected when your device interacts with the ScreenPay app, even if you are not logged into the app using your device. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.

Information We Receive

When you use or access ScreenPay or the Site, we automatically receive and store certain types of information through our technologies. This may include information about your mobile device hardware and software, your mobile device service provider, device identifiers, certain location information, your Internet Protocol address, date and time stamps associated with your usage, actions that you take within or from ScreenPay, demographic information, and other similar types of information. This information may be inferred or may have been provided directly to ScreenPay. This information can be used to administer ScreenPay and the Site, to monitor and understand your use of ScreenPay or the Site, develop and test new features, or to personalize and improve your experience with ScreenPay and the Site.

We also receive and store information that you provide as part of the registration of your ScreenPay user account, including your user name, primary email, PayPal email, personal demographic information and interests. If the value of the cash received through ScreenPay exceeds the amount under which we are required to report to any taxing authority, we will collect your social security number or other tax identification number. You can choose not to provide certain information; however, as a result you may be unable to participate in some or all of the aspects of ScreenPay, including the rewards program.

By registering a ScreenPay user account, you are providing us with your valid email address, and you may receive emails from MAN. Some of these communications are necessary for us to communicate with you in connection with your ScreenPay user account, and your use of ScreenPay (“Standard Communications”). Other email communications may include newsletters and special offers; if you no longer wish to receive newsletters or special offers from us, you may “unsubscribe” from such communications. You may not unsubscribe from Standard Communications.

You can opt-out of all information receipt by MAN by uninstalling ScreenPay from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. If you need assistance in deleting or uninstalling ScreenPay from our mobile hardware you should contact your mobile hardware service provider, or internet/data service provider.

Disclosure of Your Personal Information.

We disclose your Personal Information as described below and as described elsewhere in this Privacy Policy.

  1. Third Party Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to: provide you with the Services that we offer you through our Site and our App; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to the Company. These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by MAN.

  2. Affiliates. We may share some or all of your Personal Information with our ad agencies, joint ventures, or other companies under a common control (“Affiliates”), in which case we will require our Affiliates to honor this Privacy Policy.

  3. Social Networks. The Services may automatically post, only with your consent, information on your Facebook wall and Twitter feed based on your most recent activities.

  4. We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information. However, we allow advertisers to request that their advertisements are directed at certain users (e.g., users in a certain geographic location, or age, gender and / or with certain interests). In the event that you interact with a certain Advertisement, the advertiser (or the company with which the advertiser works, for example, its ad agency or an advertising network) may determine certain characteristics about you.

Third Party Websites

This Privacy Policy applies to ScreenPay and the Site only. ScreenPay provides links to third-party websites, and applications. These third-party websites have different privacy practices and terms of use. We are not responsible for, nor have any control over, those privacy policies, and encourage all users to read the privacy policies of each and every website visited.

Parties with Whom we Share Information

The money to pay users of ScreenPay comes from ScreenPay’s marketing and advertising partners. Sharing of information about users use of ScreenPay and the site allows MAN to pay users. We anonymize all data that is shared using an encryption technology and our advertising partners can’t identify users personally. Our advertising partners may also obtain information about offers that you have taken advantage of while using ScreenPay, the mobile websites you have visited through ScreenPay, and your non-precise location information in order to help analyze and serve anonymous targeted advertising through ScreenPay and elsewhere. In certain other instances we share encrypted anonymized data with other parties, or aggregate your data with data of our other users such that it no longer identifies you and then share that aggregate data with other parties. Additionally, we may share information we receive with other service providers who assist us with the performance and provision of ScreenPay and/or the Site, and who have agreed to this Privacy Policy.

Other Releases of Your Information

MAN may disclose information about its users if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. MAN may also disclose information to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MAN, its users or advertising partners, or the general public. In the event MAN sells or transfers some or all of its assets, the information it collects may be disclosed to, and your personally identifiable information may be among those assets transferred. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored under U.S. privacy standards. By using ScreenPay you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.

Limitations to Internet Privacy

We use a variety of security technologies and procedures to help protect your personal information from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, there is no perfect security system on the Internet. Despite the measures we employ, we cannot guarantee that your personal information, as well as other information provided or collected in your member file, will not be disclosed in contravention of this Privacy Policy. Given the possibility of the unlawful interception of information, we cannot promise and you should not expect that information you provide will always remain private or secure.

Your Account

You can update your ScreenPay user account at any time through the ScreenPay mobile application on your mobile device. If you have any questions about reviewing or modifying you ScreenPay user account information, please contact us directly at the inquiry email listed below. You can delete your ScreenPay user account at any time. When you delete your account it is permanently deleted, and you will lose any Points that you may have accumulated through our rewards program. It may take thirty days to permanently delete your account. Uninstalling ScreenPay from your mobile device does not automatically delete your ScreenPay user account. You can delete your ScreenPay user account by emailing a request to terminate to support@appScreenPay.com. Following the termination or deletion of your account, MAN may retain information we have received for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes, or as otherwise required by law.

California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows individuals who live in California to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests for information must be submitted to us by emailing: privacy@myadnetwork.me. MAN will within thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry as required by law. This request can only be made once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to such requests submitted other than to the email address referenced above.

International Privacy

If you live outside the United States and you use ScreenPay app or the site or provide My Ad Network with Personal Information directly, your information will be handled in accordance with this Privacy Policy. By using the ScreenPay app, website or giving us your Personal Information, you are directly transferring your Personal Information and Non-Identifiable Information to us in the United States. The United States may not have the same level of data protection as your jurisdiction. However, you agree and consent to our collection, transfer, and processing of your Personal Information and Non-Identifiable Information in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You are solely responsible for compliance with any data protection or privacy obligations in your jurisdiction when you use the Site or provide us with Personal Information. Regardless of where we transfer your information, we still protect your information in the manner described in this Privacy Policy.

Children’s Privacy

ScreenPay and/or the Site is not for use by minors. MAN does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register a ScreenPay user account. Neither ScreenPay nor the Site is directed at children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
