How We Use the Information Users Provide
Operate, maintain and improve ScreenPay and our services;
Provide you with personalized ads, content and offers for products and services from us and our partners;
Evaluate your eligibility for offers, products or services that may be of interest to you;
Perform analytics and conduct customer research;
Communicate and provide additional information that may be of interest to you about ScreenPay and our partners;
Send you reminders, technical notices, updates, security alerts, support and administrative messages, service bulletins, marketing messages, and requested information;
Administer payments, rewards, surveys, sweepstakes, contests, or other promotional activities;
Enhance other information we have about you directly or from other sources to help us better understand you and determine your interests.
How We Receive Information
You provide us with your Personal Information when you register, create an account, manage your account, interact with ads or content, or otherwise when you provide us with your Personal Information during your interaction with the Site. We also collect Personal Information when you contact us online for customer service and other support using self-help tools, such as email, text, or by posting to an Online Community.
We may use Pixel Tags and Web Beacons to generate a notice of that action to us, or our advertisers. These tools allow us to measure response to our communications and improve the ScreenPay app and the advertisements and promotions.
Device Data may be collected when your device interacts with the ScreenPay app, even if you are not logged into the app using your device. If you have questions about the security and privacy settings of your mobile device, please refer to instructions from your mobile service provider or the manufacturer of your device to learn how to adjust your settings.
Information We Receive
When you use or access ScreenPay or the Site, we automatically receive and store certain types of information through our technologies. This may include information about your mobile device hardware and software, your mobile device service provider, device identifiers, certain location information, your Internet Protocol address, date and time stamps associated with your usage, actions that you take within or from ScreenPay, demographic information, and other similar types of information. This information may be inferred or may have been provided directly to ScreenPay. This information can be used to administer ScreenPay and the Site, to monitor and understand your use of ScreenPay or the Site, develop and test new features, or to personalize and improve your experience with ScreenPay and the Site.
We also receive and store information that you provide as part of the registration of your ScreenPay user account, including your user name, primary email, PayPal email, personal demographic information and interests. If the value of the cash received through ScreenPay exceeds the amount under which we are required to report to any taxing authority, we will collect your social security number or other tax identification number. You can choose not to provide certain information; however, as a result you may be unable to participate in some or all of the aspects of ScreenPay, including the rewards program.
By registering a ScreenPay user account, you are providing us with your valid email address, and you may receive emails from MAN. Some of these communications are necessary for us to communicate with you in connection with your ScreenPay user account, and your use of ScreenPay (“Standard Communications”). Other email communications may include newsletters and special offers; if you no longer wish to receive newsletters or special offers from us, you may “unsubscribe” from such communications. You may not unsubscribe from Standard Communications.
You can opt-out of all information receipt by MAN by uninstalling ScreenPay from your mobile device. You may use the standard uninstall processes as may be available as part of your mobile device or via the mobile application marketplace or network. If you need assistance in deleting or uninstalling ScreenPay from our mobile hardware you should contact your mobile hardware service provider, or internet/data service provider.
Disclosure of Your Personal Information.
Third Party Service Providers. We may share your Personal Information with third party service providers to: provide you with the Services that we offer you through our Site and our App; to conduct quality assurance testing; to facilitate creation of accounts; to provide technical support; and/or to provide other services to the Company. These third party service providers are required not to use your Personal Information other than to provide the services requested by MAN.
Social Networks. The Services may automatically post, only with your consent, information on your Facebook wall and Twitter feed based on your most recent activities.
We Do Not Sell Your Personal Information. However, we allow advertisers to request that their advertisements are directed at certain users (e.g., users in a certain geographic location, or age, gender and / or with certain interests). In the event that you interact with a certain Advertisement, the advertiser (or the company with which the advertiser works, for example, its ad agency or an advertising network) may determine certain characteristics about you.

Other Releases of Your Information
MAN may disclose information about its users if we have a good faith belief that we are required to do so by law or in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to respond to subpoenas, court orders, or other legal process. MAN may also disclose information to law enforcement officers or others, in the good faith belief that such disclosure is reasonably necessary to: enforce our Terms and Conditions of Use; or protect the rights, property, or personal safety of MAN, its users or advertising partners, or the general public. In the event MAN sells or transfers some or all of its assets, the information it collects may be disclosed to, and your personally identifiable information may be among those assets transferred. If you reside outside the U.S. your information will be transferred to the U.S., and processed and stored under U.S. privacy standards. By using ScreenPay you consent to such transfer to, and processing in, the US.
Limitations to Internet Privacy
You can update your ScreenPay user account at any time through the ScreenPay mobile application on your mobile device. If you have any questions about reviewing or modifying you ScreenPay user account information, please contact us directly at the inquiry email listed below. You can delete your ScreenPay user account at any time. When you delete your account it is permanently deleted, and you will lose any Points that you may have accumulated through our rewards program. It may take thirty days to permanently delete your account. Uninstalling ScreenPay from your mobile device does not automatically delete your ScreenPay user account. You can delete your ScreenPay user account by emailing a request to terminate to support@appScreenPay.com. Following the termination or deletion of your account, MAN may retain information we have received for a commercially reasonable time for backup, archival, and/or audit purposes, or as otherwise required by law.
California Privacy Rights
California Civil Code Section 1798.83 allows individuals who live in California to request information about our disclosures of certain categories of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. Such requests for information must be submitted to us by emailing: email@example.com. MAN will within thirty (30) days to respond to each inquiry as required by law. This request can only be made once per calendar year. We reserve our right not to respond to such requests submitted other than to the email address referenced above.
ScreenPay and/or the Site is not for use by minors. MAN does not knowingly collect or solicit information from anyone under the age of 13 or knowingly allow anyone under the age of 13 to register a ScreenPay user account. Neither ScreenPay nor the Site is directed at children under the age of 13. If we learn that we have collected personal information from anyone under the age of 13 without parental consent, we will delete that information as quickly as possible.
